I have a whole lot of connection issues. I currently play on wifi on my desktop, but this doesn't seem to be the issue as everything works perfectly fine on my laptop. Constantly I have trouble logging in, I disconnect constantly, and in big fights I have skill lag for a very long time with ping spiking to ~5k. Posted December 29, 2021. also having the same issue. having some fairly huge lag spikes in various content. i have seen it randomly is pve, pvp and wvw content. has only started happening since the wintersday patch. friend is also seeing the same issue, we are both on the east coast. 1. - I don't have bad internet connection. - I don't have this download problem with any other game or platform on any devices at home. - I played GW2 since its release date and this is the first time I see this happen. Rebooting your modem can fix connection problems, improve slow connections, and clear out any issues stored in the memory of your router. Reboot your PC.
